Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed or dispatched for delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if a product is received in damaged condition, if the wrong product is delivered, or if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the product. Once the request is reviewed and approved, Nadewell Clothing will process the refund using the original payment method where possible.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.

Return Conditions

Products approved for return must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact.
