Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed or dispatched for delivery.
Refund Eligibility

Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the product. Once the request is reviewed and approved, Nadewell Clothing will process the refund using the original payment method where possible.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.
Return Conditions
